Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) is a vertically integrated, multi-Unit, Schedule – A Miniratna Public Sector Enterprise engaged in Copper production from ore to Continuous Cast Copper Rods with a turnover of Rs. 1349.10 Cr (2008-09). The Company’s production Units are located in picturesque surroundings in the states of Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Maharashtra with the Corporate Office at Kolkata. Junior Manager (Survey)
Scale of Pay – Rs.12600-3%-32500
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma in Mining / Diploma in Mining and Mine Survey / Diploma in Civil Engineering with three Years experience after obtaining Mines Surveyors Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted) for Metal Mines issued by DGMS, Dhanbad.
OR
Matric with minimum six years experience in underground Mine Survey in Metal Mines,out of which three years should be after obtaining Mines Surveyors Certificate of Compentency (unrestricted) for MetaL Mines issued by DGMS, Dhanbad.
Benefits: Apart from Basic Pay, selected candidates shall be entitled to IDA, HRA / Company’s accommodation, Contributory PF, Gratuity, LTC etc. as well as Medical benefits for self and dependants as per rules of the Company.
Reservation: Reservation of posts for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC communities and Ex-Servicemen shall be as per Govt. directives / guidelines. The candidates claiming reservation benefits shall have to submit an attested copy of Caste Certificate/ relevant certificate in the format prescribed by the Govt. of India duly issued by the Competent Authority and present the original certificate at the time of interview.
Age Limit : Maximum 40 years. However age relaxation shall be permitted as under :
(i) Maximum 5 years for SC / ST candidate.
(ii) Maximum 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy layer)
(iii) For Ex-serviceman as per rule applicable.
(iv) Maximum 5 years for candidates with exceptional qualification and / or experience.
General:
1. Age and Experience shall be reckoned as on 15th June 2010.
2. The following documents shall be required to be presented in Original at the time of Interview and their photocopies should be attached with the application.
(a) Matriculation / Secondary Certificate as proof of Date of Birth.
(b) Marksheet / Certificate in support of qualification and experience / registration.
(c) Caste Certificate in format prescribed by the Govt. of India, if applicable.
3. Candidates called for interview shall be paid to and fro 3rd AC train fare from the correspondence address within India to the place of interview subject to submission of proof of journey.
4. HCL reserves the right to fill the posts or alter the number of posts or cancel the whole process of recruitment without assigning any reason whatsoever.
5. Selected candidate shall be liable to serve in any of the Company’s Units.

• Application Fees: Application must be accompanied with a non-refundable Account Payee Demand Draft of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) drawn on any Scheduled Bank in favour of Hindustan Copper Limited and payable at Kolkata.
• Persons employed in Govt. / Semi Govt. / Public Sector Undertaking should forward their application through Proper Channel or produce a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer at the time of Interview.

• The Management reserves the right to shortlist candidates depending upon the vacancy / no. of application received, etc., and also reserves the right to decide the venue of Interview.
